Ordered two blue Stern 16 Piece Dinnerware Sets. Unfortunately two of the dinner plates were broken in transit, so messaged the company to inform them. Received a prompt response, with the offer to replace the broken plates. Received the replacement plates a day or two later. Excellent communication and customer service. Really pleased with the dinner service. Excellent quality, gorgeous colour, truly an impressive, unique dinner service!

I love my set of stern reactive stonewear. Unfortunately, four items were broken. I reached out to vancasso and after a bit of tooing and froing , they sent me replacements. So my set is now complete. Can't wait to start using them

Beautiful set, very well packaged!

The Karst dinnerware is just beautiful. It's also reasonably priced considering the quality. Looks very elegant and festive. Wish they also had mugs in this design.

The Bonita dinnerware pieces look very nice on the website but the quality is inconsistent, unfortunately. There seem to be QC issues at the manufacturer's plant. Several plates arrived scratched. Needs to be handled with care. Vancasso’s customer service eventually sent replacement.

Lieferung einwandfrei, Service sehr freundlich und kompetent nach einem kleinen Schaden an einem Teller. Wurde durch Ersatzlieferung in Ordnung gebracht. Würde wieder bestellen.

Perfect , better than I thought

I had 2 items missing but vancasso replaced and some!! Fabulous crockery,durable dishwasher and microwave friendly. Much admired by my dinner guests but also great for everyday use.
