J’ai commandé 2 très beaux services de vaisselle chez Vancasso. La livraison a été très rapide mais malheureusement il y avait 2/3 petits défauts sur 3 assiettes. Le service après vente a été très pro et m’a renvoyé un service de remplacement très rapidement. Je recommande

Esta vajilla es preciosa y de muy buena calidad.
La web funciona muy mal en cualquier navegador tanto por el ordenador como por el móvil. Es muy difícil procesar la compra. Deben de actualizarse.

Firstly the crockery is lovey and more than lives up to the images on the website. Feels like quality and looks wonderful.
Secondly, we had a breakage in the shipment down we suspect to couriers treatment of "Fragile" packages! Support was excellent and we received replacements quickly. Sana was understanding and committed to resolving our probems. First rate - thank you!

We wanted some colourful dinnerware instead of white & these are the best, we wanted a mix of colours instead of all the same which is hard to find then we came across these, they’re fantastic, each plate a different bright colour, perfect size, not too big as many dinner plates seem to be, lovely finish, dishwasher safe, very carefully packed, quick delivery & a competitive price, very happy with our purchase, would buy again & thoroughly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
