Their customer service was more than willing to resolve an issue we had. They get ten stars in my book. I love my dishes they are beautiful.

Really pleased with my mugs, ordered 3 sets. Two of the 18 mugs were chipped but these were promptly replaced.

Everything came tightly bundled, wrapped with care. Excellent quality dinnerware and it’s exactly as described. I love all that I purchased. Delivery was exactly as promised. I definitely would buy from Vancasso and recommend their stoneware and porcelain. It’s really beautiful!!

We received 2 arco sets but one bowl had a hairline crack. I was stunned to receive a whole new set of 18 pieces, not just a bowl. I sent the pieces I didn't need to a charity who support young adults starting out in their first home.

The dinner ware is exactly what I wanted. And the service exceptional. I had some defective items but Vancasso took care of it very quickly to my satisfaction. They were more than gracious and I just love my new stoneware!

The plates are beautiful and arrived really quickly. Can’t wait to see them in use esp red and green for Christmas!

Ordered two sets, one bowl came broken but it was replaced. It was a little process and frustration toke the place but resolved at the end.
The set is great, just be aware that plates won't turn inside your microwave due to their size and they may not fit into the same cupboard where you store your previous plates. Otherwise happy with my purchase.
