Lovely set of plates. Lovely colour and well made. Unfortunately a plate was chipped at the end likely during shipping but the team very quickly responded to my email and sent out replacements! Amazing products and customer service.

Great looking, great quality, amazing colour. Got the blue ones, they aren’t part of the Stern collection that I have but they fit well. Highly recommend.

Wir haben uns die Bonita Serie + Kaffeepötte (6 Personen) angeschafft.
Farbe ist wie auf der Webseite abgebildet ( sogar noch etwas kräftiger ), Qualität wie beschrieben und ich erwartet habe, Versand schneller als angekündigt.
Jetzt kommt aber das Beste. Auf dem Versandweg sind bei 2 Tellern Abplatzungen entstanden ( obwohl echt gut verpackt ). Kurze Email mit Bildern zu Vancasso, schnelle Rückinfo und kurzfristig kostenlosen Ersatz erhalten.
Das nenne ich einmal Kundenservice mit NOTE 1.

Sehr schönes Geschirr, schnelle Lieferung, meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Der Service (via Mail) war hervorragend.

Really happy with them. The colours are so vibrant! All plates and bowls are a good size too. Sadly one of our bowls had a slight chip when the set arrived but I can’t fault at how quick and hassle free it was to get the replacement. Q

Très contente de mon colis. Vaisselle parfaitement emballée et protégée. Livraison parfaite. Seul bémol, le livreur a notifié le poids trop élevé du colis dont les 2 cartons étaient liés ensemble.

We totally love the brightly colored patterns on our new dishes. The addition of a pasta bowl is genius. A very handy addition. Much better than the standard coffee cup and saucer.

I bought a 24 piece set - came in very quickly, items were a little dusty but that wasn’t too much of a bother. However, 4 pieces got scratched/broken during transportation. But once I contacted customer support I received a 12 piece set the next day as replacement! I’m very satisfied with the purchase.

Their customer service was more than willing to resolve an issue we had. They get ten stars in my book. I love my dishes they are beautiful.

Really pleased with my mugs, ordered 3 sets. Two of the 18 mugs were chipped but these were promptly replaced.
