The dishes are beautiful and reasonably priced. There was an issue with my dinner plates. Seemed like an imperfection. The bowls and salad plates were great. When I reached out to customer service, they replaced the dishes. That's amazing! Highly recommended.

Packaged well, delivered quickly and with care. Good size plates and bowls, the 6 different patterns are really pretty. Can't wait to show them off to dinner guests.

The bowls look better in person, IMO. The swirls are slightly different making them a little more expensive-looking. Color goes with everything. My adult daughter loved them for her birthday. I was alsopleased to find a nice set of six bowls that are affordable.

I was initially a bit skeptical about making the purchase, but I decided to go ahead with it, and I’m so glad I did. I ordered several kits for myself and as gifts, and everything arrived perfectly: very well packaged and delivered quickly. The ceramics were even more beautiful in person than I expected. One of the kits I ordered was no longer available, but the they handled it quickly, offering me a few alternatives and resolving the issue without any hassle. Overall, a great experience!

The set arrived quickly and very well packaged to ensure no damage along the way. The set is absolutely beautiful and has exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be returning to buy from Vancasso again!

Love the colours so vibrant and quite sturdy for crockery. Wanted some more plates but not available singly had to buy a 16 set, arrived timely, well packed. Still love it after nearly 3years.
